Amberstride privacy
Saved in this browser
Amberstride stores your play mode, starting board and move history in this browser’s local storage. It reconstructs the board from those moves when you return. There is no account or cross-device sync.
The saved key is amberstride-checkers-v1. Clearing site data or ending a private browsing session may remove it.
When saving stops
If the saved record is damaged, uses a different format, or cannot be read, saving pauses while you continue in the tab. You can try reading again or explicitly replace a damaged save. Another tab’s changed record also blocks stale writes until you read the updated saved game.
Requests and local play
The computer opponent runs on your device. Moves are not sent to a game server. Two-player mode shares the same device. There are no advertising, analytics or third-party font scripts in these pages.
Your browser requests the game’s files from its host. Hosting services may process ordinary request information, including an IP address and requested page, to deliver them. The external rules link opens the federation’s website, where its own policies apply.
Delete this game
Delete Amberstride’s saved game on this browser. Other games’ records stay intact. Close other Amberstride tabs first, so they do not save again.
